Today, we are going to introduce the usage of guide bush in QYZ deep-hole drilling system: make a guide bush support between the workpiece and drill bit, which use to guide and support the drill bit.

Compare with workpiece rotary, tooling rotary has a more wide using range. No matter for concentric hole oreccentric hole, or big and small hole diameter, it all can get a good solution in normal lathe machine.
According to the clamping method, fix the workpiece on the plate. Put the guide bush before the workpiece and guide the deep hole drilling. In this way, we don’t have to drill a guide hole on the workpiece, which greatly improve the processing efficiency. Reform of drilling and boring machine: the rotary speed and min. feed volume all can meet the processing requirement, rotary fixture fixed inside the machine spindle inner cone hole, tooling install on the rotary fixture, machine spindle drive the tooling rotary through rotary fixture, and feed movement is achieved through plate.
If the rotary speed and min. feed speed can’t meet the processing demand, we can add the spindle speed increaser, and the rate of spindle speed increase is 3.81 times. When processing the small hole diameter, after increasing the speed, it can meet the demand of all the hole diameter. At the same time, the feed volume also decrease 3.81 times, and enlarge the processing range. The installation of spindle speed increaser is very simple, the taper shank of speed increaser install inside the bore hole of machine spindle, rotary fixture taper shank install inside the speed increaser, also the tooling is inside the rotary fixture.
