Four-spindle deep hole drilling machine also named four-spindle gun drilling machine, which represent the advanced and high efficiency deep hole drilling technology. It can not only use to process the deep hole(draw ratio is 250 times), but also can process the shallow hole(draw ratio is 1 time).
For the four-spindle machine, it can drill four workpiece at a time. There are three part of gun drill: drill bit, drill stem and drill shank, also a hole inside the gun drill, which use to enter the cooling oil. And usually it use to drill the steel, carbon steel, alloy steel.
For the gun drilling tools, it can get a good hole precision for only one time drilling without reaming and boring. And our hole precision is from IT6to IT8, straightness is 0.16-0.33mm/1000mm, roughness is Ra0.1--Ra3.2. For the cutting speed, it can reach to 30--100m/min. And its typical application is automobile industry,mining industry, medical equipment, and hydraulic industry.
