Processing method: BTA internal chip removing method.

Extend hole range:Ф35.0mm～Ф150.0mm
Drilling depth:1500mm
Workpiece outside diameter range:Ф1600mm
Clamping method: chuck+ hydraulic center frame
Processing ability of machine
1.Processing concentric hole
Typical application:concentric hole of connector of drill and piston.
2.Processing indexing hole
Four-jaw chuck and hydraulic center frame, all can move in the horizontal direction, grating-ruler shows the moving distance. Precisely move to the wanted hole diameter, then lock the horizontal moving carriage.
Through the CNC control of four-jaw , it can drill all the holes in one time clamping.

3.Processing inclined hole
The machine bed in the workpiece clamping side can rotate at a certain angle through the rotary spindle in the middle part of machine to achieve processing eccentric hole. The angle is CNC control with high precision , and easy to operate.
