Cutting oil in deep hole drilling

  1.coolant the tooling and workpiece: reduce the flexibility of tooling and workpiece to improve the life service of the gun drill and ensure a good hole precision.

  2.Lubricate the surface of gun drills: reduce the frictions and cutting deformation, cutting force, wearing of tooling and improve a good life service.

  3.Chip removing: for a certain pressure and flow, the cutting oil will remove the chips from the drill shank to the outside machine.

  4.Protect the processed workpiece surface: the cutting oil can avoid the chips scratch the workpiece surface,and water the chips which stick to the surface , at the same time, it can form a good protection thin coating to avoid rusting.
