Reason

Poor hole straightness

1.Spindle, guide sleeve, drill stem support frame, workpiece support frame are not in the same axis.

2.The geometric parameter of drill bit is not so proper.

3.The space between the guide sleeve and tool is too large.  

Poor surface roughness

1.The size or shape of the guide block is not proper.

2.The geometric parameter of drill bit is not so proper.

3.The wearing capacity of drill bit is large.

4.Guide sleeve is loose or the wearing capacity is large.

5.The rigidity of drill shank is poor and also too much shaking.

6.The cutting speed is too slow.

7.Cutting oil filtration is poor.

8.Improper choice of cutting oil,the guide block is easy t cause adhesion and wearing

Uneasy to form the regular size chips

1.The shape of the chip groove is not so good.

2.The geometric parameter of drill bit is not so proper.

3.Cutting speed is too slow.

4.Feed volume is uneven or too small.

5.The material of the workpiece is not so good.
