The processing performance of stainless and Titanium is poor, which are difficult to drill, so the requirement of the deep hole drilling machine should have the following character: high oil pressure(at least bigger than 10MPa), big rotary speed(bigger than 10000r/min), high assembly precision and high precision guide device. The characteristic of the four-spindle deep hole drilling machine:
1. The drill stem spindle, GSM use the high speed mechanical spindle, which the max. Rotary speed can reach to 15000rpm, it can fully meet the processing demand of Titanium and stainless steel material. Also it avoid the disadvantages of high cost and maintenance fee of using electric spindle.

2. Workpiece is tail top clamping,which is convenient and reliable. Through the adjustment of pressure, which can avoid the workpiece to be bent and cost the waste.
3. There are four spindles on the machine, which means it can process four workpiece at a time and greatly improve the processing efficiency. Also the machine performance has been improved.
