1. The processing quality is very high, the tolerance is usually control within IT7--IT11, and the roughness is Ra0.2--Ra6.3, the good position precision and high surface performance.

2. The processing of multiple spindle drilling machine is under semi-closed condition, we can’t see the processing condition very clearly. The small chip removing space, cutting heat is difficult to spread out, also the lubrication is difficult to achieve. 

3. The processing system rigidity is poor(esp the tooling system). Poor processing stability,which is easy to cause the shaking and deformation, the hole precision and roughness is difficult to ensure. As a result, the guidance of gun drilling tooling is important in gun drilling machine.

4. The drilling path is very long, which cause the chips difficult to remove.when the temperature is high, which is easily to cause gun drill bit broken.
