The requirement towards the concentric hole gun drilling machine

1)The gun drilling machine should have enough rigidity: internal chip removing deep hole gun drilling machine should apply for high rotary speed and big feed volume, also the torque and axis force are big. The rigidity of multiple spindle drilling machine has a big influence towards the precision of the gun drilling hole and the incorruptibility of carbide drill bit.

2)Drilling machine should have enough power.

3)The feeding mechanism must reliable: feed smooth without moving. The feed volume of gun barrel drilling machine should be stepless speed control to fit for the different material processing. Normally, the feed volume is 0.05 to 0.035mm/r.

4)The runout of machine spindle should be small: control the runout of machine spindle within a range, otherwise, it will cause the gun drill bits broken.

5)Gun boring machine should have a CNC control system.

6)The axis runout volume should be no more than .02mm.
