Reform of lathe machine to deep hole drilling machine

  When you reform the lathe machine to deep hole drilling machine, there are mainly two part:  machine part and oil path. For the machine part, it consists of center frame, oil supply device and connector. For the oil path, it mainly consists of oil entrance path, oil circulation path, chip removing box and oil tank.

  The requirement of reforming towards the lathe machine is not so high, it can use the old machine to achieve a new deep hole drilling machine. When reforming, it won’t change the formal characteristic of the lathe, you need to unload the tooling system, and replace with connector, oil supply device and center frame in inner guide rail on the lathe. For the movement of the machine and feeding, there isn’t any change, we don’t use the old lathe oil path system, equip with a new oil tank and chip removing box. Also connect with coolant lubricate oil path on the oil supply device and connector. When unloading the deep hole drilling system, the old lathe can also be used.
