1. Use the low pressure cutting oil.
2. Limited by the diameter of inner tube, the minimum drilling diameter can’t be smaller than 18mm.
3. Wide use range, it can not only bu used to process the horizontal deep hole, but also the shallow deep hole.
4. During the deep hole processing,it requires a reliable chip cutting to ensure the normal working condition.
5. Ejector deep hole drilling system is introduced internal chip removing and external coolant. Because drill stem contains inner tube and outer tube, so it is called double tube deep hole drilling. Compared with BTA system, the requirement of coolant oil pressure is lower, simultaneously, lower the sealing requirement of drilling system. There is no sealing between workpiece and guid bush , so it is capable for drilling workpiece which may has sealing problem. Because the coolant oil pressure is lower, so it is also capable for drilling easy cutting material.
