Oil tank capacity of deep hole drilling machine

 For the oil tank of deep hole drilling machine, it should have enough capacity to ensure a good coolant and the chips will subside and separate. After the research of GSM technical department, we get the following result: the circulation time of cutting oil in the oil tank should no more than 6 times, so the oil capacity of the machine should at least 10times of max. flow of oil pump.

   The oil flow of oil pump is 125L/min, So the oil tank capacity is at least 1250L. The lowest level of the cutting oil should 70% to 80% higher than the max. Oil tank, the constant full level should under 90% to 100% condition.
