Primary stage
Founded in Oct, 2014, Shaanxi Golden Stone Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, a professional deep hole drilling machine manufacturer.
In Dec. we officially put out our first deep hole drilling system QYZ-40, and get a good reputation from our clients.
In Dec. 2005,we design our first deep hole drilling machine ZK2130C/1000 , and it has been successfully used in Mining industry.
Growth stage
In Dec. 2006, we have successfully manufacturing several kinds of machine, such as three-coordinate deep hole drilling machine ZK2115F/500, which mainly used in mould industry, and four-spindle deep hole drilling machine ZK2120X4B/500,which is mainly used in automobile industry, also first BTA deep hole drilling machine ZK2130DB/2500, which for the biggest mining manufacturer in China. For this machine, it greatly improve the processing efficiency of piston rods, plungers and oil cylinder of shaft parts .
Until 2007, we have manufactured 100 sets deep hole drilling machine, and the same year in Nov., we set up our branch office in Chongqing-----Chongqing Jingshun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. We also take sub-contract service. In Dec. our machine ZK2108F/500, which mainly use to process the small hole even to 1mm, the typical application is the nail in medical industry.
In 2010, set up another brand office in Suzhou , it’s another good step in our business scope.
Development period
In 2013, we move to a new address, Yuhua Optoelectronics Technology Industrial Park, Yanta District,Shaanxi Province. The new assemble center, R&D center, new working office, which totally change from the previous condition. And also the product quality improve a lot.
In 2014, we expand our business scope, we not only manufacturing deep hole drilling machine, but also gun drilling tools. It’s another break through fro us, the new challenge for us in research and manufacturing.
In Mar. 2015, our 600th deep hole drilling machine ZK2130E/2500 , for the drilling length 2500 is another big step in our history, Caterpillar Co., Ltd , our client shows a great praise for our machine.
