Clamping and Automation
Comprehensive design of clamping which is equipped with relative auxiliary support structure to make quick and convenient loading and positioning of workpiece. The automatic loading belt or robotic arm can be equipped in accordance with user’s drilling requirement and character of workpiece with loaded and unloaded testing function.
Transmission and separation of steel chip
The steel chip and cutting oil is separated by strong magnetic or scrap chip remover which can automatically removal steel chip and be program controlled on and off.
Drum paper tape filter
Drum paper tape filter is the final filter device which is in-closed filtering and automatic paper feeding. Filter cutting oil through non-woven fabrics, the filtering accuracy can reach 20um.
