According to the statistic from the developed countries like America, Japan and Europe, from 1975 to 1995, the kind of mechanical parts have increased 40% to 50%, and 75% to 80% workers not make contact with material directly, but with information. 80% to 88% products not add the value itself, the mechanical process and management process become more complex. Design and technological preparation takes more than 60% time of the ordering time. On the other hand, in the competitive marketing competition, delivery time and quality always pay the more crucial role than price. Agility is the most important question in mechanical manufacturing industry. It’s urgent to come true the flexibility in technology and revolutionary in processing organization.
4. Informationize: mechanical manufacturing industry is no longer depend on the power of information to generate the value, but depend on the power of goods and energy. So information industry and intelligence industry will lead the society. So as the mechanical manufacturing industry, it’s a new mechanical manufacturing industry which including modern producing model, modern manufacturing system, modern manufacturing technology and modern organization management issue.
