Three-Coordinate Deep Hole Drilling Machine

The overall machine is designed as T-shaped layout. The laterally traversing worktable and the column are respectively fixed on the base of the whole cast. Columns, beams and drill stem box are all made of HT300 high precision castings with excellent rigidity and precision maintaining.

 The moving axis of machine tool include the horizontal movement of worktable(X), vertical movement of beam(Y), and the longitudinal feeding movement of the drill stem on the beam(Z). movements on the three directions are operated through numerical control, rolling guides and ball screw.

The motor of drill stem adopts frequency adjusted speed. The machines are designed with automatic chip cleaning system, oil temperature cooling system and cutting oil filtration system.

 And the three-coordinate deep hole drilling machine are applicable on the following parts: large moulds of different specifications, outer cylinder of machine unit and condenser tube plate of electricity and steam turbine industries, cylinder head and cylinder lid of automobile manufacturing industry, and valves and dispenser pumps of hydraulic machinery.
