ZK2130E/2500 Deep Hole Drilling Machine With Indexing Holes

ZK21E series machine is mainly used to process deep holes on large and long shaft parts. Except for concentric hole processing, the machine can also easily process eccentric holes and indexing holes by responding lateral mechanisms and numerical control indexing design.

When concentric holes are processed, the spindle of workpiece shall be rotated to improve the precision of hole drilling; when eccentric holes are processed, the spindle shall be fixed by the electromagnetic clutch; when multiple indexing holes of the same circle are processed, CNC indexing function of workpiece main spindle shall help to precisely locate.

Hydraulic system is parallelled placed with the host machine to achieve an overall compact structure and convenient operation. The machine is designed with the automatic chip cleaning, filtration devices (magnetic rod, filter paper, network filtration and magnetic filtration) and the oil temperature cooler to achieve filter accuracy up to 20 um.
