Single-spindle gun drilling machine ZK2130E/2500

       For this machine, it is mainly used in mining industry  for piston rod,plunger and cylinder. And also ZK2130E/2500 is one national technology innovation funded machine contains technology patent.

Processing method: gun drill

Drilling hole diameter range:5mm--30mm.

Drilling depth:500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm.

CNC system:GSK980TDC/FANUC OI Mate TC

Drill stem:frequency speed adjustment, rotating and feeding.

Workpiece: rotating,traversing and indexing.

Guide sleeve:hydraulic drive, left and right movement, and closely aligning to the workpiece.

        Workpiece clamping:left end clamped by hydraulic chuck, right end supported by hydraulic center frame;   hydraulic chuck and hydraulic center frame can respectively traverse to process eccentric holes.
