In order to find the shortcoming of our company’s management and find out the solution to make us better, for now, we apply for 6s in our company. The 6s requires the workers to have a careful study and establish a correct idea, and try put the parts in position and keep working contents more clear, and make the working more safe and happy.
Through the advanced management system, we will try to establish a strict working principle, try to avoid the the accident, and save the production cost to the customer with the most good quality. We do want to set up an good example to our people and to all our customer, we are not the best, but we are always try to be the best.
