Processing method: external chip removing, gun drill method.
Drilling hole diameter: 5mm—20mm.
Drilling depth: 500mm
Automatic loading mechanism: hydraulic driven, sliding and lifting the crack to achieve the workpiece clamping automatically. The unload of the workpiece won’t take much time and greatly improve the processing efficiency. Only one time, it can save 15seconds to 20 seconds, and one person can operate four to six machines.

Drill stem: frequency speed adjust, rotary and feed.

Guide sleeve: axial fixed.
